    At RUKSLY, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

    Eligibility Requirements

    To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be in the same condition as received
    • Be unused and unworn
    • Include all original tags
    • Be returned in its original packaging
    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

    If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

    Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    Please inspect your order upon delivery.

    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale or clearance items
    • Used, worn, damaged, or soiled products

    If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you would like a different model, color, or style, we recommend:

    1. Returning the original item.
    2. Placing a new order once your return has been approved.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    If the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs will be fully covered by RUKSLY.

    A prepaid return label will be provided when applicable.

    Customer Preference Returns

    If the return is due to a change of mind or preference (such as color, style, or size selection), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    You may:

    • Use a shipping carrier of your choice; or
    • Request a prepaid return label from us, in which case the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

    Refunds

    Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

    If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

    Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

    Refund Refusals

    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
